The Subscription Change Rules in AnyViewer

AnyViewer Post By AnyViewer Updated December 9, 2025

Q: I activated my account with an activation code or received a free VIP upgrade from an event. Can I still purchase a subscription?

A: Yes. You can subscribe at any time. Any remaining VIP days will be fully preserved and added to your new subscription cycle. For instance, if your Solo VIP has 10 days left from an activation code, and you choose to subscribe now, your billing date will shift forward by those 10 days. After the initial payment, your next renewal will occur 10 days later than the standard schedule.

Q: I activated my account with an activation code to get the Professional plan. Can I still upgrade and purchase an Enterprise subscription?

A: Yes. When upgrading to a higher-tier plan, any remaining VIP days will be recalculated using the following conversion ratio:

Solo : Professional : Team : Enterprise = 6.5 : 4 : 1.5 : 1.

For example, if you switch to the Enterprise plan while you still have Professional VIP days left, those unused days will be converted according to this ratio and added to your new Enterprise subscription. After the upgrade, your next billing date will automatically be extended based on the converted days.

Q: I'm currently subscribed to the Professional plan. Can I upgrade to the Enterprise plan?

A: Yes. When you upgrade, the system will automatically apply a credit based on the unused portion of your current subscription. The remaining days will be recalculated using the following conversion ratio:

Solo : Professional : Team : Enterprise = 1 : 1.5 : 4.0 : 6.5

After the deduction is applied, you only need to pay the price difference to complete the upgrade.

Please note that this credit applies only to the first billing cycle of the upgrade. All future renewals will follow the standard pricing. The final payable amount after deduction can be reduced to as low as $0.

Q: I already have a Yearly subscription. Can I upgrade to a 3 Years plan?

A: If you’re on a Yearly subscription, you can move to a 3 Years or 6 Years plan as long as the new plan is a higher tier. For example, if you’re subscribed to the Solo Yearly plan, you can upgrade to a Team 3 Years package or an Enterprise 6 Years package. When you upgrade, the payment platform will automatically credit the unused portion of your current yearly subscription. You’ll only need to pay the remaining balance to complete the upgrade.

Please note that this deduction applies only to the initial billing cycle. All future renewals will be charged at the standard price. The final payable amount after deduction may be reduced to as low as $0.
