AnyViewer User Experience Improvement Program

AnyViewer would be grateful that you join the User Experience Improvement Program (UEIP) for the sake of better understanding your real needs and delivering better products and services. UEIP is a voluntary agreement between you and AnyViewer which allows AnyViewer to collect information about how you use AnyViewer.

What Information We Collected

We will collect anonymous information about how you use AnyViewer. No personal identifiable information will be collected, like name, email, address, etc. If you choose to join, the software will collect information and automatically transmit to AnyViewer's Google Analytics account. The collected information may include:

  • The number of the AnyViewer installed or uninstalled.
  • The number of the functions of the AnyViewer used.

Tips: If you don't join the AUEI Program, we don't collect any information. Please rest assured your data is 100% safe.

How We Use Collected Information

The collected information is only used for software development by our R&D team to improve AnyViewer. The detailed purposes are as follows:

  • Optimize the performance of Anyviewer.
  • Internal research and development.

Statistical analysis of AnyViewer deployment, including analysis of trends and comparisons in our aggregated install base.

How We Share Collected Information

We will only collect the information for defined purposes. We do not distribute or share your information beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfill our obligations to you. AnyViewer will not sell your information in any manner whatsoever. The collected information may be accessible only by AnyViewer employees on a need-to-know basis, exclusively to be used in accordance with the purposes described above.
