Step 1. Search “Quick Assist” in the search box and open it. Choose “Assist another person” under the “Give assistance”.

Remote Assistance is a previous version of Quick Assist, which also can be used to take control of someone’s PC by saving the file to get the password.

Step 1. Press Win + R and then type in “msra” in the box, hit OK to open Remote Assistance.
