The screen recording feature in AnyViewer allows users to record their remote desktop sessions, making it easier to document important actions, create tutorials, or log troubleshooting steps. This feature is ideal for remote collaboration, technical support, and online training.
There mainly have the following use cases:
Remote Support: Technical support personnel can record the remote troubleshooting process to review and analyze later.
Online Training: Trainers can record their actions during a remote session to create training videos or tutorials.
Demonstrations: Users can record application or system setup demonstrations on the remote desktop.
Issue Logging: Record and demonstrate errors or problems on the remote machine to aid in problem tracking and communication.
How to Use AnyViewer Screen Recording Feature
Run the AnyViewer client and log in with your account credentials.
After logging in, select the device you want to control remotely to establish the connection.
Once connected, enter the remote desktop window and click the "Start Recording" button in the toolbar to begin recording. After finishing the recording, click the "Stop Recording" button to end the session, and the recorded video file will be automatically saved to your local storage.
